What will show up on my Credit Card Statement when ordering something online from a Markdowns Store?

I didn't order anything from any of the Markdowns Stores, what should I do?

If you receive a charge on your Credit Card Statement from Markdowns or Markdowns.Website and you didn’t order anything from any of the Markdowns Stores, it is likely a fraudulant charge. First, call the number linked to the merchant name (850-345-1936) to determine if the charge was legitimate. Often times people have ordered from one of our online stores but do not recognize the Credit Card item labeled Markdowns or Markdowns.Website.

If in fact the item was an unauthorized charge, we will refund you in full and open up a fraud investigation. You should talk to your Credit Card provider about canceling your card. They will send you a new card so that your information will no longer be compromised!

When placing an order, I keep getting the message: “This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type.” What should I do?

When you receive this message there are a few things you should check!

  1. Make sure the Card Type, Card Number, Exp. Date, and the CVN you inputted match what is on the card.
  2. Make sure the Billing Address corresponds with the Card you are using.
  3. Make sure all the required boxes (marked with an asterisk) are filled, including your phone number and email address.

If you receive the same message after checking the above suggestions, give the Markdowns Store a call and a Sales Representative will try to take the order over the phone or help you figure out why the transaction cannot be processed!
